Coach Sabrina Bennani is a passionate martial artist and fitness enthusiast who has made significant strides in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and physical conditioning. Guided by Professor Tom DeBlass, she has achieved her blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, showcasing her dedication to mastering the art form. Coach Bennani’s competitive drive is evident in her impressive accomplishments, including securing silver medals in two grappling industries and one IBJJF competition, demonstrating her skill and tenacity on the mats.
In addition to her proficiency in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Coach Bennani has spent six years dedicated to studying fitness, working towards her NCSF training certification. Specializing in weightlifting and bodybuilding, her commitment to physical training underscores her holistic approach to health and wellness, embodying a balanced lifestyle that emphasizes both mental and physical strength.
As a pioneer at TAG Muay Thai, Coach Sabrina has spearheaded a new program focused on women’s fitness and self-defense, creating a supportive and empowering environment for women to enhance their physical capabilities and learn essential self-defense techniques. Moreover, she serves as a crucial coach in the kids’ program, sharing her expertise in grappling-specific movements and instilling a love for martial arts in the younger generation.
