Moms (and women) who want a fast, effective workout with legit boxing instruction-especially those already bringing kids to train. Total beginners welcome.
What to Expect (30 Minutes)
Dynamic mobility, jump-rope or light footwork.
Stance, jab-cross-hook, defense, pad or partner drills (no sparring).
Intervals: bag work, shadowboxing, core.
Stretch + breathing reset so you leave energized.
No contact sparring. Technique-first. Options provided for knees/backs/shoulders.

A local-area professional boxer, Joelle brings crisp fundamentals, focus on safe mechanics, and the perfect balance of push + encouragement. Her son trains in TAG’s Kids Muay Thai program-so she gets the mom-schedule juggle and designed BLAM! to fit it.
