Chris and the people at TAG are truly top notch and a step above anywhere else I’ve been when it comes to Muay Tai instruction and training. Whether you’re a novice or have experience in Muay Tai they’ll take the time to ensure you meet your goals. Highly recommend the highly knowledgeable and dedicated crew at TAG!

Great place to learn whether you’re new to the sport or advanced and well trained. Skill levels ranging from first day to years deep in the sport. I love the instructors and Kru Aboy is super humble and non judgemental and tries to help everyone in any way he can. I love coming to TAG and training and to be honest I’ve trained at quite a few places and this one has the most instruction. They teach proper technique and all the small things that can make a difference in a fight and self defense are stressed here to help make the students prepared to defend themselves if they have to or if they choose to start fighting in the sport. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who’s interested. They have a free two week trial too, so what do you have to lose? Come learn something.

Our 6 year old is loving TAG and all of the coaches and in a very short period of time our son has gained self confidence. Highly recommend Coach Chris and his team!

TAG is a family friendly, kid friendly, female friendly place to learn the art of eight limbs in the Sterling/Dulles. area. After being at schools nearby that don't actually teach but just brawl and spar. IT was refreshing to see Coach Chris actualy teach a class, technique and padwork. Yes, a school that uses thai pads. Also where students use thai pads in Virgina!!! It was nice to see the students interact and learn as well . Coming from schools in the west that are very progressive and successful , it was refreshing. Those that actually move up in level can do sparringin Level II . The sparring is controlled and there are online posts of those that are in heated battle with their "war wounds" and people aren't punching bags as well. Its a drama free environment with zero favoritism towards fighters or those that want to just learn and leave. It is a respectful clean environment unlike others in the area where ringworm runs rampant from time to time and it will interupt your training. TAG has an amazing kids program that integrates parents to assist. Currenyly TAG isn't a top fighter school but to be a leader in providing a quality training and learning environment is more important. If you build it, they will come.

I attended the Tuesday and Wednesday night Muay Thai classes. Students are great to partner up with to run the drills shown. Kru Chris has a great academy for health, staying active or for your competition needs. He demos the drills and lets you execute them, when the round is completed, he explains what he sees and what needs to be corrected to do the drill again. Kru Chris and his assistant coaches are great in teaching and explaining the fundamentals of Muay Thai. Highly recommended in the area.
